Who I am
My bodywork journey began in 2003 when I interned with Olympic hopefuls for the 2004 Summer Olympics. I then worked with the UC Berkeley Swim and Water Polo Teams, refining my skills through intensive sports therapy training. These experiences enhanced my expertise in biomechanics and strengthened my ability to address each client’s unique needs.
My massage style combines sports therapy techniques from various modalities to achieve optimal results. I incorporate Esalen methods for those seeking relaxation, using slow, interconnected strokes that release bound connective tissue while fostering deep relaxation.
Extensively trained in Thai, Tui Na, Shiatsu, Esalen, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage (pre-, post-, and maintenance), and LaStone Therapy. This diverse training enables me to tailor each session to the client’s specific goals, whether they require targeted relief, enhanced performance, or relaxation.
